Cleaning & Laundry
When guests leave your property we check for any damage, and report back to you if necessary, we will then clean your property which includes: -
- Open and air property
- Clean terrace furniture and sweep terraces (wash if necessary)
- Remove all bed linen and towels for laundering
- Remake beds and replenish towels, toilet rolls and hand soap
- Dust all internal furniture
- Vacuum, sweep and mop all floors including stairs
- Vacuum rugs
- Clean kitchen and appliances, remove all food items from fridge (unless specified)
- Clean bathrooms
- Replenish bin liners
- Clean internal windows if needed
We ask that owners provide us with 2 sets of bed linen, and two sets of hand towels and bath towels per person, 2 bath mats per bathroom and tea towels.
We can also arrange for laundering of additional items at extra cost if required, for example: -
- Mattress and pillow protectors
- Bedspreads and quilts
- Table cloths
- Curtains, voiles and decorative cushions
- Rugs
- Sofa throws and blankets

Pre-Season Cleans
As rentals are lower in winter months, we do recommend that we undertake a "spring clean" before the main season. This is to ensure that your property is ready for guests in the new season. Please enquire for costs depending on property size.

Maintenance & Callouts
We have a number of local tradesmen that we can call on to assist with any maintenance you require. From basic plumbing and electrics, to complete reforms. Please let us know your needs and we will give you a competitive quote.
In the event of an emergency, or dealing with engineers, maintenance, deliveres etc, callout charges will be 25 euros per hour. We will always try to carry out these requests within our inspections times to try and reduce costs where possible.

Welcome Packs
We are happy to provide a welcome pack to guests when they arrive, to ensure they have the essentials and do not necessarily need to shop straight away. This consists of: -
Tea, coffee, sugar, 1-litre of semi-skimmed milk, 1-litre of orange juice, 1-litre of water, 1 bottle of wine (red or white), 6-pack of beer, 1 loaf of bread, butter, jam, 1 packet of biscuits and 1 large packet of plain crisps. Our welcome pack is payable by the guest on arrival at the property in cash. Welcome packs must be booked in advance. Price - 25 euros.
Baby Equipment Hire
We are able to offer hire of cots beds and linen, high chairs and a baby baths if required subject to availability. Please enquire for further information.
