Terms & Conditions
Booking
Once you are happy with your selection, you will then complete a booking form which will be sent directly to us, we will then respond to you to confirm your booking.
If there is anything about your holiday requirements that isn't covered by the rest of the form please mention it in the box for "Notes / Special Requirements". You can enter any questions you may have in that box too.
It is important that you indicate the total number of persons you want to book for (No. in Party) and the dates/duration of your stay.
When we receive your booking request, we will process this and respond to you within 24 hours to confirm. If, after that, you decide to complete the booking, we'll send you a booking confirmation invoice. We ask for a 150€ non-refundable deposit (unless you are unable to travel due to covid or medical reasons). Your booking is final when we've received your deposit.
Payment
You will have up to five working days to transfer the initial non-refundable deposit to us. The remaining amount must be paid 8 weeks prior the actual arrival date.
If, when booking, it is already 8 weeks or less before the rental we request you to pay the full amount within 5 working days. If booking 2 weeks or less before the rental we request you to make a bank transfer of the full amount immediately. We must receive a proof of your payment before we can finalise your booking.
Refundable Security/Damage deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 150€ per property is required at the time of the final payment, or on arrival. This will be returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay.
Complaints
Whilst the property owners and we ourselves try our very best to make your stay a dream holiday, there remains the small possibility that something might fall short of our usual high standards. If you have a complaint during your stay please contact us. Remember that we only mediate for the owners of the property and we are not directly responsible for the accommodation but we can confer with you and the owner to find a solution. Any complaints that are filed after your holiday will not be treated by the owner or us. It is not possible for us to satisfactoriliy resolve a complaint afterwards. If your complaint cannot be resolved during your stay you are obligated to put it in writing for the owner and us.
Arrival and Departure
The exact arrival and departure times for your accommodation depend on the owner. Arrival is usually between 14.00 and 16.00 (local time) - the departure between 10.00 and 11.00 in the morning. We will give you the exact arrival and departure times once you inform us about your flight times.
Key Reception
We will meet and welcome you at the accommodation and show you around. We can also arrange airport pick-up, please ask for further information.
Gas, Water and Electricity
In the price, gas, water and electricity are included, if not noted otherwise. This can be the case in the winter months. Some properties have Air-conditioning with a Card meter, this will be indicated on our website. The water pressure can sometimes be less than you are used to.
Furnishing / Inventory
Los Alcazares Holiday Rentals primarily rents accommodation from private persons. The owner has furnished the accommodation according to his own taste. Some accommodations are furnished in a Spanish style which means simple but complete. We can never be responsible if the owner has changed the furniture since the photograph. We try to keep the photos on the website as up to date as possible.
Cleaning
A cleaning charge is not included in the rental price and is subject to an additional charge, this is a price based on a "normal" changeover clean. The apartments are self catering and need to be left behind as you have found it. This means that all food must be removed from the refrigerator and that it needs to be cleaned out. Also all rubbish must be thrown away in the assigned containers. Cleaning of bed-linen is based on the number of people given by you. If more beds are used, additional cleaning will be charged. Los Alcazares holiday rentals is authorised to withhold money from the deposit for additional cleaning.
Barbecue
If there is a barbecue available at the accommodation we recommend the use of aluminum foil. We kindly ask you to clean the barbecue when you are done. If the barbecue is not cleaned after use, additional cleaning will be charged by us.
Cot or High Chair
It is possible to rent a cot and/or a high chair with the reservation of the accommodation. We can, on request, arrange more nursery equipment and car seats are available for airport pickups or day trips. Payment for these items must be made on arrival.
Air-conditioning / heating
The control of the air-conditioning/heating is often in the hands of the owner of the accommodation. It is possible that the equipment will have a separate meter card, because of the energy (mis)use.
Responsibility for the Accommodation
The renter is responsible for all the loss and/or damage to the building and inventory.
