On the ground floor of the villa, you'll find a private swimming pool with optional heating available on request, surrounded by a spacious terrace with plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxing. There's also an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals with family and friends.

To top it off, the roof terrace, with separate lounging and dining areas, which both have a shaded pergola for protection if needed.  With all of these outdoor areas, you are really spoilt for choice!

Living space

​

The villa has an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, perfect for modern day living.  There are triple width patio doors at the front of the villa which flood the room with light.  The living room has a very comfortable L shaped sofa, 65 inch smart TV and fibre optic broadband.  The deceptively spacious kitchen has everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay.  The villa also includes a complimentary welcome pack, to ensure you have what you need when you first arrive.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The property features two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. There are two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, including an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom..

The villa is positioned in the middle of Los Alcazares, very central for the beach, shops, bars and restaurants which means there is no need for a car if you prefer.  For more information on the local area, please click here. Arriving after 8:00 PM?

​

No problem! If you plan to arrive after 8:00pm, your keys will be available in a secure lockbox located close to the property in Los Alcázares. We'll send you all the information you need, including the access code and directions, before you arrive.
