Swimming pools, and sunbathing areas

As you are approaching the townhouse there is generous front terrace area, and also a terrace at the rear of the property overlooking the communal pool. There is a smaller terrace off the twin bedroom upstairs, leading up to the roof terrace area.

The townhouse is in the popular Playa I, a lovely, spanish style resdencia with a communal pool central to the surrounding properties. All you will need to do is take your own loungers for sunbathing, which will need to be removed at the end of the day (these are available for you to use within the townhouse).

Living space
​
The townhouse has an open plan living room and dining and kitchen area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooker, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The living room has a very comfortable sofas and dining area. Internet and TV is included. The washing machine is situated on the roof terrace.

There is a cloakroom off the kitchen with a toilet and sink downstairs. On the first floor is one twin bedroom and one double bedroom, both with air con units. There is a large bathroom with a bath and shower over.
