The apartment has 2 outdoor terraces that gets both sun and shade throughout the day.  The two terraces, one off the main living area and one off the master bedroom upstairs with sea views.

The apartment is a 2 minute walk to the main beach front.  You can either take your own loungers which are available in the apartment, or you can hire them for a small cost for the day on the beach.  Beach towels are included at this property.

Living space

The apartment has an open plan living room, sofa bed. dining area and kitchen.  The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer /dryer etc to ensure you have a comfortable stay.  TV and internet are included.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The apartments has 3 bedrooms, 2 double, and one twin room.  There is a one bathroom, downstairs, with bath and shower over, and one upstairs with a large walk in shower.

The apartment is positioned in Nuea Ribera Beach Resort, The area has many bars, restaurants and activities including kite surfing, windsurfing, padel and tennis. Close to the apartment complex is a small park with a children's playground. The local market selling everything from fruit and vegetables to tourist gifts is on a Saturday morning and is a walk from the complex.
