The apartment has an outdoor terrace that gets both sun and shade throughout the day.  There are two terraces, one off the main living area and one off the master bedroom.

The apartment is a 2 minute walk to the main beach front.  You can either take your own loungers which are available in the apartment, or you can hire them for a small cost for the day on the beach.  Beach towels are included at this property.

The apartment has an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen.  The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer /dryer etc to ensure you have a comfortable stay.  TV and internet are included.

The is 2 bedrooms, 1 double, and one twin room.  There is a main bathroom, with bath and shower over.

The apartment is positioned in Nueba Ribera Beach ResortLos Urrutias, The area has many bars, restaurants and activities including kite surfing, windsurfing, padel and tennis. Close to the apartment complex is a small park with a children's playground. The local market selling everything from fruit and vegetables to tourist gifts is on a Saturday morning and is a walk from the complex.
