As you are approaching the townhouse there is generous size outdoor terrace overlooking the communal pool. Off the master bedroom is a smaller terrace area leading up to the roof terrace area.
The apartment is in the El Divino complex, a lovely, spanish style resdencia with 2 communal pools surrounded by gardens. All you will need to do is take your own loungers for sunbathing, which will need to be removed at the end of the day (these are available for you to use within the townhouse).
Living space
The townhouse has an open plan living room and dining area. The living room has and air con unit which is also included in the price. Off the living room is the kitchen which comes equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The living room has 2 very comfortable sofas and a dining area. Internet and TV is included.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The property features one twin bedroom on the ground floor, with a modern shower room conveniently located just off the living area.
On the first floor, you'll find one double bedroom and a further twin bedroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay.
